WBI Home Warranty Ltd. (WBI) began operations in British Columbia in the spring of 2011. All homes built by Westfiled Homes are protected by a 10 year warranty program provided by WBI Home Warranty.

Homeowners Information

Once your home is complete, many finishing items are tackled. Inspections, appliance installations, providing manuals, and warranty information on all aspects of your new home, will be focused on at this stage. The home will now be complete for you to enjoy.
